Standard Items
• Return Window: Non-customized items can be returned within 7 days of receipt.
• Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Refunds: Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Custom Items
• No Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of custom items, we cannot offer refunds.
• Replacements: If your custom item arrives defective or doesn’t meet quality standards, we’ll replace it at no cost. Simply contact us with a description and photos of the issue within 7 days of receipt.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact Us: Email us at support@geeksinmotion.com with your order number and a brief explanation.
2. Ship the Item: We’ll provide return instructions and an address for sending the item back.
3. Receive Your Refund/Replacement: After we process your return, we’ll issue a refund or send out a replacement as applicable.

• Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
